Registration will open on 30 March. All prices listed below are in Japanese Yen and inclusive of GST. Registration fee covers conference materials, access to all sessions and catering breaks, and welcome reception. Early bird registration closes on 31 July 2018.

Registration Payment

Payment of early bird registration fees are required by the specified date to qualify for the rate. After the early bird due date, all unpaid early bird registrations will automatically roll over and the delegates will be charged at the standard rate. Full payment is required before 31 August 2018. Admission to the conference and all social functions may be refused if payment has not been received.

Conference Dinner

We will hold the conference dinner at HAKUWA Hotel in front of the Hiroshima University on 20th September 2018. The dinner ticket is 7,000JPY per person and will be Japanese Kaiseki, individually served course dinner. You are welcome to bring your family and partners. Please make sure to register by 31 August 2018. No refund will be given for cancellation of conference dinner after 31 August. Furthermore, if you are brining small children, we offer special kid’s menu for children. A ticket for a child under 5 years old is 1,500 JPY and under 10 years old is 3,000 JPY.

Payment Method

Payment may be made by credit card or electronic funds transfer. Please note that there will be international bank transfer charge of between 2,000-6,000 JPY depending on the bank you use and exchange rate, and this needs to be paid by your side. To avoid complication, we recommend you to pay by credit card. Bank account information:

Confirmation of Registration

Registrations will be acknowledged in writing to the email address nominated with confirmation of requirements according to the registration form submitted.

Cancellation Policy

By completing and submitting a registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the conference and you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing (email), to IAIC2018 Steering Committee. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within 30 days of the conference unless there is unforeseen circumstances.
